One Wall Street is a historic Art Deco building in Downtown Manhattan, designed by architect Ralph Walker at the beginning of the 20th century. In 2018, Harry Macklowe acquired the building and initiated a massive transformation to convert it into a luxury residential condominium. The building’s iconic architectural features, such as the hand-carved limestone facades and the stunning Red Room mosaic by Hildreth Meière.

Pentagram created the brand identity and marketing campaign, as well as a photographic book documenting the renewal process by Harry Macklowe. The new identity is bold and charming, capturing the vibrant essence of downtown Manhattan.
